I-77 in York County is closed due to a six-car collision; all lanes have reopened.

I-77 in York County became stopped for hours on Monday morning because of a collision related to six motors.

The collision took place on the northbound side between the Sutton Road and Highway 160 exits earlier to six:15 a.M.

In the start, the York County Sheriff’s Office said that visitors was being rerouted off I-77 North onto Sutton Road. One lane became reopened at eight:30 a.M., accompanied by any other an hour later.

All lanes had reopened around 1:10 p.M.

Six vehicles, consisting of tractor-trailers, were involved in the collision, in step with deputies. To easy up the fuel that leaked from the vehicles’ tanks, a hazmat crew become dispatched to the scene.
